Cannot keep up with classes

First of all, this is YOUR exercise classes and you need to feel comfortable listening to your body’s needs and abilities. Pace yourself  and do not be afraid to do things. little differently. I will be there to assist you by making necessary modifications without making you feel lost … And finally, as you continue!

Does Aqua fitness helps in loosing fat?

Although there is no magical spot-reducing exercise, water fitness is a highly aerobic  exercise that, if done routinely, can burn body fat. While  splashing in the pool, you tend to focus on fun, rather than on the  number of calories burned and which muscles are being toned.  

Do water exercises burn calories

Calories Burned Water-exercises or jogging burn 563 calories  per hour if you weight 155 pounds, and 654 calories an hour if you weight 180 pounds Water-running burns 11.5 calories  per minute in comparison with running on hand, which burns about 8  calories per minute.

Joints pains .. Knees, spite etc?

Exercise in water helps ease arthritis pain and stiffness … it increase  strength and flexibility, reduces joint pain, and helps combat fatigue.

Its an exercise  that works the entire body and burns  lots of  calories. Because it recruits so many different muscle group for prolonged  period and those  muscles works constantly against…

  • All movement can be executed at LOW, MEDIUM or HIGH impact.
  • Particular attention should be paid to keeping the knees soft on impact or landing to reduce the stress.
